Q: How do I return boards and props?

Large and XL boards are made on a reusable wood tray that is yours to keep! Small and medium boards are made on disposable trays. If you order a grazing table and opt for the use of boards & props, the customer will be required to return all props to Charcuterations within the pre-arranged time frame. Event staffing is available for large grazing table setups and is calculated based on the event size and venue.

Q: How much does set up and delivery cost?

All tables and custom orders will be assembled on-site and will take 1-2 hours to set up. Standard-size grazing boards & boxes are assembled on the same day of delivery for optimal freshness. The delivery fee for trays and boxes is $10.00 in the OKC Metro Area. Set up and delivery fees for grazing tables are contractual and part of your estimate.

Q: How do I make a payment?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice by email which can be paid electronically via credit card. Oklahoma Sales Tax applies to all orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Q: When is the deposit and final payment due?

The deposit is due at the time of signing of the contract. This is the only way to secure your date for the event. Even if you don't have all the details finalized, pay a minimum of $50 to secure the date and we can finalize details later. Caterer's book up fast. Final details of the event are due 2 weeks prior to the event with the final payment due 1 week prior to event. We are very flexible about the details. The menu and headcount can be changed as much as you want as long as it is finalized no later than 14 days prior to the actual event. At this point your guest count can go up but not down.

Q: What are the foods that you use on the tables?

Each table is unique, and the quantities will depend upon the total number of guests, you can use the below list as a starting point. If you have unique requirements, please let your designer know: Cheese Varieties: White and Yellow Sharp Cheddar, Brie, Havarti, Goats Cheese-Specialty Cranberry/Cinnamon, Smoked Gouda, Varity of Handcrafted Artisan Cheeses such as Garden Vegetable, Mozzarella Balls in Olive Oil Meat Varieties: Bite size Salami Original/Spicy, Calabrese Salami, Prosciutto, Capocollo, Dry Salami Fruits: Strawberries, Mango, Pineapple, Raspberries, Figs, Red/White Grapes Vegetables: Broccoli, Carrots, Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Various Berries Dips: Hummus, Artichoke and/or Spinach Dip, Honey Sweets: Cookies, Chocolate Truffles, Salted Caramel Chocolates, Almonds, seasonal or holiday sweets Crackers: 3-4 Varieties
