Grazing Boards & Boxes are designed for just about any occasion from parties to lunch meetings.  All selections include a variety of artisan cheeses and charcuterie meats, olives, dips, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit and crackers on the side. Tables typically include more robust options and include fresh loaves of bread, additional produce & dips. Fresh greenery can be included for table styling along with various props for a stunning presentation. Orders can be customized & personalized based on your requests.

What is the cancellation policy?2023-05-22T16:22:38+00:00

Individual board orders cancelled at least 14 days prior to the date of service will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee. Orders cancelled less than 5 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Special event catering requires a contractual agreement. The cancellation policy within the agreement applies. Rescheduling orders is subject to availability.

How do I make a payment?2023-05-22T16:24:08+00:00

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice by email which can be paid electronically via credit card. Oklahoma Sales Tax applies to all orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

How much does set up and delivery cost?2023-05-22T16:38:57+00:00

All tables and custom orders will be assembled on-site and will take 1-2 hours to set up. Standard-size grazing boards & boxes are assembled on the same day of delivery for optimal freshness. The delivery fee for trays and boxes is $10.00 in the OKC Metro Area.  Set up and delivery fees for grazing tables are contractual and part of your estimate.

How do I return boards and props?2023-05-22T16:30:22+00:00

Large and XL boards are made on a reusable wood tray that is yours to keep! Small and medium boards are made on disposable trays. If you order a grazing table and opt for the use of boards & props, the customer will be required to return all props to Charcuterations within the pre-arranged time frame.  Event staffing is available for large grazing table setups and is calculated based on the event size and venue.
